1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the AudiZambia website (audizambia.com), booking a diagnostic service, or engaging with our services in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "you") and AudiZambia ("we", "us", "our"), a vehicle diagnostic service provider operating in Lusaka, Zambia. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We understand that plans change. Please contact us at least 4 hours before your scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule at no charge. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment may be subject to a K200 cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows may result in prepayment requirements for future bookings.
4. Scope and Limitations
4.1 Diagnostic Results
Our diagnostic reports represent the state of your vehicle's electronic systems at the time of scanning. Diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) and system data are tools to assist in vehicle diagnosis — they do not constitute a guarantee or warranty regarding the condition of any vehicle component. Mechanical issues that do not trigger electronic fault codes may not be identified through diagnostic scanning alone.
4.2 Recommendations
Any repair recommendations, cost estimates, or parts suggestions provided by AudiZambia are advisory in nature. We recommend consulting with a qualified mechanic before proceeding with any repairs. AudiZambia is not responsible for the quality of work performed by any third-party workshop we may recommend or list in our directory.
4.3 Vehicle Condition
You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is in a safe condition to be driven or transported to our diagnostic center. AudiZambia is not responsible for any damage to your vehicle that occurs during transit to or from our facility, or that is pre-existing and unrelated to the diagnostic process.
5. Liability
5.1 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Zambian law, AudiZambia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of vehicle use, or cost of substitute transportation, arising from or related to our diagnostic services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fee you paid for the specific diagnostic service in question.
5.2 Accuracy
While we use factory-authorized diagnostic equipment and employ trained technicians, we cannot guarantee that every possible vehicle issue will be identified. Vehicle electronics are complex, and some intermittent faults may not be present during the diagnostic session. We commit to performing each diagnostic service with professional care and to industry best practices.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the AudiZambia website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, code, and the overall design, is the property of AudiZambia and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
The AudiZambia name, logo, and brand identifiers are trademarks of AudiZambia. All other trademarks, brand names, and vehicle manufacturer names referenced on our website are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
7. Website Use
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website, our systems, or any connected networks
- Interfere with or disrupt the website's functionality, servers, or networks
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the website without permission
- Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
8. Third-Party Services
Our website may contain links to or integrations with third-party services (e.g., WhatsApp, Google Maps, payment processors, AI services). These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. AudiZambia is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these third-party services, or any damage arising from your interaction with them.
9. DTC Fault Code Database
Our DTC Fault Code Database (/dtcfaultcodes) is a reference tool provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, fault code descriptions, causes, and repair recommendations are general guidelines and may not apply to every vehicle make, model, or year. Always cross-reference diagnostic trouble codes with your specific vehicle's service manual and consult a qualified technician before making repair decisions.
Access to the full DTC database is restricted to AudiZambia diagnostic clients and is protected by an access code. Sharing or redistributing access codes without authorization is prohibited.
10. Mechanic Directory
The mechanic directory (/mechanics) is provided as a community resource. Listings are based on publicly available information and may include workshops that have not been verified by AudiZambia. Inclusion in the directory does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of service quality. AudiZambia is not responsible for the quality of work, pricing, or conduct of any listed workshop. We encourage users to conduct their own due diligence.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AudiZambia, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Zambia with jurisdiction in Lusaka Province.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
